Astana. May 10. KazTAG - Kazakhstan has agreed with Russia on the supply of fuel and lubricants (fuels and lubricants) if necessary, reports the press service of the Prime Minister.
“During the meeting, it was also noted that at the government level there are agreements with the Russian side on the supply of fuel and lubricants if necessary,” reads the message.
Following the meeting, it is noted that First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar gave specific instructions to prevent a shortage of fuel and lubricants in the domestic market and to suppress attempts to illegally export them from the republic.
Along with this financial monitoring agency, since the beginning of 2024, it has been reported that 13 materials have been registered on the illegal sale of fuel and lubricants in the amount of 6 thousand tons worth KZT 1.6 billion.
Deputy Director of the Border Service of the National Security Committee Bauyrzhan Absamatov said that active work is being carried out to prevent cross-flows and “gray” exports of petroleum products.
“Together with the State Revenue Committee, since the beginning of 2024, about 900 cases of illegal export of fuel and lubricants in the amount of about 130 thousand liters have been identified and suppressed at checkpoints,” reads the statement.
