Life expectancy increased in Kazakhstan

Astana. December 13. KazTAG - Life expectancy has increased in Kazakhstan, reports the Uniform Saving Pension Fund.
"Life expectancy has been growing in Kazakhstan and all the world. According to the data of 2017 the average life expectancy makes 73 years, 69 years among males and 77 years among females," reads the report.
Foreign experts were attracted to conduct the research in 2017, the USPF said. The research revealed that life expectancy among retired males was 81 years, i.e 18 years after retirement, women- 82.2 years or 24 years after retirement.
"According to the demographic ageing scale, demographic ageing of populations is declared with the share of individuals aged 60 and older at the level of 12% and more. The index in Kazakhstan makes 11.3%," said the fund.
