The survey involved 68 heads of big companies working in different sectors in Kazakhstan. Responders named the head of Kaspi.kz as a leader using advanced technologies, and pointed out such qualities as adaptability, strategic thinking and customer focus.

PwC has been conducting this study around the world for 23 years and the last eight years the survey has been covering Kazakhstan. The main goal of the survey is to evaluate the opinion of managers about the situation in the global and national economy, to learn about risk factors and opportunities for business development.
