"A session of the response group was held under the chairmanship of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan. The President has instructed to revise the prognosis of socio-economic development and budget expenses," reads the message.
He said the budget must be redirected on employment provision, support of small and medium enterprises.
