Astana. September 25. KazTAG - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has assigned the Presidential Office, the Ministry of Health Care and akim of Almaty Bakhytzhan Sagintayev to take the case about arrest of Kanat Tezekbayev, chief doctor of Almaty city hospital N 4 and Askar Tungushbayev, anesthesiologist, under control.
"Being in New-York I have read the statement of the medical community about detention of chief doctor and anesthesiologist of the Almaty city hospital N4 in connection with a patient's death in Germany. I have assigned to investigate it in compliance with the law. The Presidential Office, the Health Care Ministry, the akim of Almaty keep the case under control," wrote Tokayev in his page on Wednesday.
The attest of Tezekbayev and Tungushbayev has caused a wide resonance - the public believes that the case is related to the death of Nursultan Kudebayev in Germany, deputy prosecutor of Alatau district of Almaty, who was the son of Serik Kudebayev, head of police department of Almaty.
