1.3 trln tenge needed for infrastructure of health care until 2025

Astana. May 6. KazTAG - 1.3 trn tenge are needed for health care infrastructure until 2025, said Yelzhan Birtanov, minister of health care.
"According to the perspective plans of development of health care infrastructure approved by the akimats of the regions, 1.3 trln tenge investments are needed until 2025," he said at the session of the Government.
He proposed to use the model of service state-private partnership with coverage of tariff for medical services in construction of outpatient-policlinic and stationary projects, and the contracts for compensation of investments in case of objects' transfer in state property.
"As for the projects which are able to generate sufficient volume of funds, it is necessary to use co-financing from the local budget. Mechanism of state-private partnership will be used in construction of big hospitals," he said.
