The first stage has been completed, 10 monitoring stations have been launched, which in online mode are capable of transmitting 10 monitoring parameters directly from two dangerous lakes, channels and possible mudflows to the dispatching office," reads the message.
All the measured parameters are scientifically substantiated, the project, financed by the Almaty administration, has passed state examination.
“Now the temperature and water level, air temperature, rainfall and other parameters, including video and photos, are recorded without human intervention every hour and in real time and transferred to the emergency situations department and Kazselezashita. The project performance will be completed in 2020," said the message.
