100 companies with $40 bln investments plan to take part in implementation of 2nd five year program in Kazakhstan
Astana. February 17. KazTAG - About 100 companies plan to take part in the second five year industrialization program with totally $40 bln investments volume, said Aset Isekeshev, Minister on Investments and Development.
"Besides system measures this year we will focus on two directions. First- we will continue working with investors, we plan to take part in implementation of the second five year program on priority sectors of our economy. There are about 100 companies with more than $40 bln investments. 60 of them are already on the map," said Isekeshev.
42 out of 100 projects have been proposed by the European investments, 44 - from South-Eastern Asia, 5- from the US, 7 - from the Arabic states.
26 projects will fall on metallurgy and energy, 23- construction industry, 19- pharmacy and health care, 16- chemistry, 13- mechanical engineering, 5- oil processing.
