11 aircraft worth T24.8 billion to be purchased for Ministry of Emergency Situations in Kazakhstan

Astana. August 14. KazTAG — 11 aircraft worth T24.8 billion are planned to be purchased for the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Kazakhstan, reports the press service of the Prime Minister.
"To equip the material and technical base of the Ministry of Emergency Situations by using the financial leasing mechanism, it is planned to purchase 11 aircraft. The required amount of T24.8 billion will be allocated in stages from the republican budget until 2027," reads the report.
The aircraft will be used to evacuate people from emergency zones in hard-to-reach areas and ensure a more rapid response by rescue units.
