1311 people contracted COVID-19 and pneumonia with signs of CVI in Kazakhstan per day

Astana. January 21. KazTAG - 1311 people have contracted COVID-19 (CVI +) and pneumonia with signs of coronavirus infection (CVI-) in Kazakhstan per day, said the press service of the Ministry of Health.
“From March 13, 2020 to January 21, 2021 CVI +: morbidity - 172 412 (1180 over the past day), mortality - 2446 (15 over the past day); from August 1, 2020 to January 21, 2021 CVI-: morbidity - 47 115 (131 over the past day), mortality - 547 (two over the past day), " reads the report.
According to the Ministry of Health, at the moment 25 088 people continue getting treatment for CVI (13 445 CVI + and 11 643 CVI-), 6737 patients are in hospitals, and 18 351 patients are at the outpatient level.
"298 patients are in serious condition,57 patients are in a state of extreme severity; on ventilators (artificial lung ventilation - KazTAG) - 41 patients," said the report.
