30 children with measles are in intensive care, half of them are under the age of one

Astana. November 29. KazTAG - 30 children with measles are in intensive care and half of them are children under one year old in Kazakhstan, said Azhar Giniyat , Health Minister.
“Among those hospitalized, 30 children are in intensive care units in serious condition, 15 are children under one year of age,” Giniyat said, making a report at a meeting of the Government of Kazakhstan.
According to her, there are 2,375 children in hospital treatment, bed occupancy is 59.5%, bed reserve is 1,093. High bed occupancy has been recorded in Zhambyl region - 92%, in Almaty - 88.2%, Turkestan region - 81.7% , in Shymkent – 79.2%.
