49 people arriving from China isolated in separate boxes in Kazakhstan
Astana. January 31. KazTAG - 49 people arriving from China have been isolated in separate boxes in Kazakhstan, said Yelzhan Birtanov, Minister of Health Care.
"Up to date 49 people have been hospitalized and isolated in separate boxes. Of them 13 have been discharged, 36 people are still under medical control. All of them have passed medical tests for additional control in the National scientific center of dangerous diseases in Almaty. This center has a methodic for diagnostics of the novel coronavirus," said Birtanov.
He said, "it concerns only those people who have arrived from China after January 6, but not all the people with temperature".
"From January 6 20 515 people have arrived from China to Kazakhstan, including 19 989 citizens of Kazakhstan and 526 foreigners. Specialists have interrogated 73% of them (14 697 people). We keep on reaching everyone who came from China after January 6," he said.
