5% discount for administrative fine may be introduced in Kazakhstan

Astana. April 20. KazTAG - People paying an administrative fine on the place may get a  5% discount, said Bagdat Musin, chairman of the committee of legal statistics and special accountings of the General Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan.
"We have introduced this mechanism to make payments in the electronic format through a bank card on the place. If a person has a bank card he can pay it automatically on the place (through a tablet computer -KazTAG). Now we plan to introduce 5% discount for those who pay the fine on the place," he said.
"A person who pays with a bank card will have motivation. You introduced 50% discounts for the fines covered within a certain period of time and improved the statistics," he added.
