5-year draft prognosis of socio-economic development to be approved in September
Almaty. May 6. KazTAG - The Government will approve the draft prognosis of socio-economic development of Kazakhstan in 2015-2019, reports the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning.
"A draft prognosis of socio-economic development for 2015-2019 has been developed on the first stage and presented for consideration to the republican budget commission which will be approved on the second stage by the Government until September 1," reads the message.
The Ministry reminded the prognosis of socio-economic development in 2014-2018 was approved by the Government in August 2013.
"The basis scenario was formed taking in account the following external conditions: GDP growth to accelerate from 3.8% in 2014 to 4.3% in 2018. Oil price will make up $90 per barrel, metal prices will grow up insignificantly," said the Ministry.
At the same time due to changed internal and external factors of economy development the prognosis of socio-economic development in 2014-2018 was specified in March 2014. The prognosis of real GDP growth is estimated at previous 6% in 2014.
"The nominal GDP will make up 39 623.7 bln tenge in 2014, that is higher earlier approved index by 999.3 bln tenge," reads the message.
Industrial production volume will grow up by 2.7%.
"Oil production volume will retain at earlier forecasted level- 83 mln tons. The growth in the agricultural branch will make up 3.9%. Volumes growth in the construction sector will increase to 2.5. Good export will make up $86.3 bln, 1.6$ biln up in comparison to earlier approved prognosis. Goods import will make up $52.2 bln, $6.4 bln down in comparison to earlier approved prognosis," reads the message.
