6000 tons of AI-92 may not be delivered from Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan
Astana. November 3. KazTAG - Azeri company may not deliver promised 6000 tons of AI-92 in Kazakhstan, said Yerlan Koibagarov, deputy general director on marketing "KazMunayGas - processing and marketing".
"The company confirms that probably there won't be the delivery. Anyway we have a contract and anyway we will be waiting that the company will discharge the liability," he said.
In his opinion in case the company fails to discharge the liability it won't strongly affect Kazakhstani fuel market.
He added the company may be fined.
As reported, the contract was concluded between Azeri company "SOCAR" and "KazMunayGas Onimderi" on October 10 2014. According to the contract the Azeri company is supposed to deliver 6000 tons of AI-92 to Kazakhstan.
