Atyrau. October 20. KazTAG - 7500 specialists for oil and gas field are annually prepared in the colleges and universities of Kazakhstan, said Gulshara Abdykalikova, Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
"Annually almost 4500 specialists graduate from colleges and about 3000 specialists from universities. Totally 7500 people," she said at the session entitled "Strengthening of partnership with oil and gas companies within the frameworks of introduction of full-fledged system of dual education" in Atyrau.
In her words, 31 colleges and 6 universities prepare staff for oil and gas field on 12 specialties and 70 qualifications.
"It's necessary to develop general approaches to staff provision of projects at Tengiz, Karachaganak fields and launch of Kashagan, as well as three refineries. For this groups on trilateral partnership of oil and gas companies, akimats and Ministries of Education, Energy, Health Care and Social Development will be created," she said.
