80% of Olympic athletes have already been vaccinated - Yerlan Kozhagapanov

Astana. June 17. KazTAG - Yerlan Kozhagapanov, Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reported on the rate of vaccination against coronavirus of Kazakhstani athletes for the Tokyo Olympics.
"About 80% of license holders have already been vaccinated, vaccination continues," Kozhagapanov said.
He also stressed that the issue of crossing the border by domestic athletes has already been settled.
“The basic vaccine that Kazakhstani athletes are vaccinated with is Sputnik V, the athletes are vaccinated at the training camps in the countries of their stay, somewhere it is Pfizer, somewhere AstraZeneca, somewhere Moderna,” he said.
