850 cases of COVID-19 and pneumonia with signs of CVI recorded in Kazakhstan on March 2-3

Astana. March 4. KazTAG - 850 cases of COVID-19 and pneumonia with signs of coronavirus infection (CVI) have been recorded in Kazakhstan on March 2-3, reports the press service of the Ministry of Health.
“From March 13, 2020 to March 3, 2021, CVI +: morbidity - 215 610 (804 over the past day), mortality - 2783 (six on March 2); from August 1, 2020 to March 3, 2021, CVI-: incidence - 49 418 (46 for March 2), mortality - 635 (five for March 2), " reads the report.
According to the Ministry of Health, at the moment 19 053 people continue getting treatment for CVI (13 227 CVI + and 5 826 CVI-), 4418 patients are in hospitals,  14 635 patients are at the outpatient level.
“Among the patients with CVI + and CVI-,   237 patients are in serious condition, 45 patients are in a state of extreme severity, 51 patients are on ventilators,” reads the report.
