"Shutdown of TV channels does not mean that they will never work in Kazakhstan. It means that if they want to open their representation, they must comply with all procedures fixed by the legislation of Kazakhstan, and they can return to Kazakhstan," he said.
In his words, these TV channels used to have the offices in other countries, which created difficulties when working with them.
" Most of the missions were in another country. It was very difficult for us to work with them. We have finally brought all the channels that will work in Kazakhstan to the legal field," he said.
