Astana. June 10. KazTAG - A citizen of Russia tried to export more than a ton of alcoholic drinks from Kazakhstan, reported the press service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan.
"Aktobe border patrol arrested 59-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation on the "Gazelle" car with a cargo of more than a ton of alcoholic drinks (about 800 liters of vodka, more than 30 liters of wine and 200 liters of brandy)," - said in a Tuesday statement.
Detainee followed from Kazakhstan to Russia.
Law enforcement authorities conducted an investigation.
