About 1.1 thousand new cases of COVID-19 recorded per day in Kazakhstan

Astana. August 9. KazTAG - About 1.1 thousand new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded per day in Kazakhstan, reports the interdepartmental commission for prevention of coronavirus spread.
“Over the past day, 1,128 new cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded. A total of 1,369,333 cases have been confirmed in the country,” reads the message.
The leaders in incidence are Nur-Sultan - 335 cases per day, Almaty - 200 and Karaganda region - 197.
1,329,423 people recovered from coronavirus, 1,691 of them over the past day.
