About 50 protesters injured in Kharkov, including policeman
Almaty. April 14. KazTAG - About 50 protesters have been injured in Kharkov, reports the Ukrainian National News.
"There were clashes between the participants of two protest actions - for integrity of Ukraine and for federalization of the country. About 3000 people took part in the meetings which took place at the central square of the city," reads the message.
After the meeting "for integral Ukraine" the supporters of federalization attacked the participants of the opposing action using clubs, sticks and flashbangs.
About 50 people needed medical aid after the clashes; about 10 people were taken to hospital.
A police officer was among the victims.
