“For example, only in Kazavtozhol (JSC“ NC “KazAvtoZhol”, the national operator of highways operation in Kazakhstan-KazTAG), 30% on the state order or about 200 billion tenge were targeted there”, - said Oksikbayev during the discussion of the draft law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving budgetary legislation" in the first reading".
According to him, Kazavtozhol transfers most of the amount to subcontractors.
