Afghanistan is ready to receive about 200 thousand tons of Kazakh grain

Astana. November 5. KazTAG – Afghanistan is ready to receive about 200 thousand tons of Kazakh grain, reports the press service of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.
“KTZ held negotiations with shippers, the Beineu elevator on the issue of transporting grain products to Afghanistan. The participants discussed the possibility of transporting grain to Afghanistan through the border crossings of Serhetabat (Turkmenistan) - Torghundi (Afghanistan). Afghanistan is ready to receive about 200 thousand tons of grain products,” reads the report.
Grain transportation to Central Asia increased by 43%, to 615 thousand tons in October.
