"Appoint Aida Balayeva as a Minister of Information and Public Development of Kazakhstan," reads the message.
With another order Balayeva has been relieved of the post of aides to the president of Kazakhstan- head of department for control over consideration of applications to the presidential office.
Balayeva worked as an aide to the president from July 2019, from December 2014 until July 2019 she headed the department of interior policy of the presidential office, from February 2019 until December 2014 she worked as a deputy akim of Almaty.
