"Appoint Aida Balayeva as an aides to the President of Kazakhstan - head of department for control over consideration of applications to the Presidential Office of Kazakhstan," reads the decree.
Timur Suleimenov has been appointed as a deputy head of Presidential Office, he has been relieved of the post of aides to the head of state.
From 2014 Balayeva worked as a deputy head of interior policy of presidential office, from 2010 until 2014 she worked as a deputy akim of Nur-Sultan, from 2008 until 2010 she headed the department of interior policy of the state.
