Air company withdrawn of license due to absence of aircrafts
Astana. April 22. KazTAG - Luk Aero Air Company has been withdrawn of a license due to absence of aircrafts, reports the transport prosecutor's office.
"The aviation transport prosecutor’s office analyzed observance of the law on flights security by Luk Aero company," reads the message.
The check revealed violation of certification requirements and restrictions stipulated by the law. The company had no aircrafts that is a violation of the article 60 of the law "On use of air space and aviation activity".
The civil aviation committee withdrew an exploitation certificate from the company.
Kazakhstani charter carrier Luk Aero commenced charter transportations in June 2013 to the most popular tourism destinations- Turkey and Crete.
