“A striking example of low efficiency is our Free Economic Zones. I want to emphasize: akims who are not involved in the real development of their FEZs are at great risk, "Tokayev said at an expanded government meeting.
He also noted that Kazakhstan "will simply close such zones and will not spend budget money on them."
