Aktau. August 7. KazTAG - The residents of Aktau linked the swimming ban in the Saura district of the Caspian Sea with the sale of land.
Aktau residents are discussing the announcement about the sale of land in the Saura district. According to the local inhabitants, officials imposed the ban on swimming in the area due to the sale of land.
“The announcement offers a 24-hectares of land on the Caspian Sea coast, in the Saura district, 80 km from Aktau towards the city of Fort Shevchenko, the length of the plot along the coast is 2 km, 100-150 meters from the sea there are mountains and a natural source of drinking water, there is a fenced area with two houses, one of which is unfinished, the shore and bottom of the sea are sandy and clean. It is the only place in the Mangistau region which combines the mountains, an offspring, sea coast, and a quarry of shell stone located 7 km away from it, the land is in the private property, the place is ideal for business, " reads the message.
The land is offered for $1.2 mln.
