Almost 100 people injured and four killed in attack in Kabul
Almaty. January 15. KazTAG - 90 people have been injured and four have been killed in the attack in Kabul, reports the Afghan Telegraph Agency (AfTAG).
"The Ministry of Interior Affairs of Afghanistan has confirmed that four people have been killed and 90 have been injured in a blast on Monday evening in Kabul," reads the message.
Savar Sanish, Second Vice President, said a bomb set off in a truck parked not far from Green Village entertainment center in the 9th district of the capital where offices of foreign non-governmental organizations are located.
"Several residential buildings have been damaged in the blast," he said.
Najib Danish, spokesman of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Afghanistan, said there are three soldiers and one civilian among the casualties. 23 children and 12 women have been injured.
"It is not the final number, as the loss may increase," said Nusrat Rahimi, deputy official representative, MIA of Afghanistan.
