Along with Karaganda, part of the entire Karaganda region faced blackout

Karaganda. September 28. KazTAG – Not only Karaganda, but also part of the Karaganda region has faced blackout, and an “extraordinary situation” occurred not only at  theHPP-3 of Karaganda, but also at Toparskaya GRES-2, said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev, akim of the region.
“This morning we had an emergency situation at the HPP-3 station in the city of Karaganda and Toparskaya GRES-2. At the moment, Toparskaya GRES is already increasing the load and, on my instructions, my first deputy Vladimir Basin went directly to the station to clarify the circumstances of what happened. Now all measures are being taken together with KEGOC, ,” Bulekpayev said in his video message to residents of the region on Thursday.
