"Tumysh Kanat Kobylandauly has been appointed as a plenipotentiary and extraordinary ambassador of Kazakhstan to the South-African Republic," reads the message.
Kanat Tumysh, aged 44, started his diplomatic career as a referent of the department of state protocol of MFA of Kazakhstan in 1997.
In February 2015 Tumysh was appointed as a minister-counselor of permanent representation of Kazakhstan under the UN in New York. From August 2016 he worked as a deputy permanent representative of Kazakhstan in the UN in New York on UN Security Council.
