"By the decree of the head of state, Andrian Yelemesov has been relieved of his post of an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the United Mexican States, of his post of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, the Republic of Panama, the Republic of Costa Rica concurrently," reads the statement.
Yelemesov was appointed an ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mexico in August 2015, and in other specified countries in September 2018.
