Annual inflation slowed down to 8.4% in December in Kazakhstan

Astana. January 20. KazTAG - Annual inflation slowed down to 8.4% in December 2021, monthly - amounted to 0.6%, reports the National Bank.
“Monthly inflation was 0.6% in December 2021, annual inflation slowed to 8.4%,” reads the report.
Growth in food prices slowed down to 9.9%, accelerated to 8.5% for non-food products: cars, gasoline and solid fuel, services rose to 6.5% due to an increase in electricity tariffs.
