Anti-corruption agency confirms arrest of head of culture department in Nur-Sultan

Astana. June 4. KazTAG - The anti-corruption agency has confirmed arrest of Nurlan Sydykov, head of culture department in Nur-Sultan, report the state mass media sources.
"The head of corruption service of Nur-Sultan is suspected of getting a bribe on a large scale from a contractor for patronage in service provision in organization of festivities. He has been arrested. The data of pre-trial investigation cannot be made public. The court will make the final decision in respect of the suspect," reads the statement.
KazTAG reported about the arrest of Nurlan Sadykov on June 1. On June 3 with a reference to Kokshetau Asia KazTAG reported that the arrest is connected with Alau ice palace.
