Anti-monopoly agency developing uniform law on purchases in Kazakhstan
Astana. May 23. KazTAG - The Agency for Competition Protection started developing a uniform law on purchases except for public purchases.
"The agency commenced developing a uniform law on purchases except for public purchases which will include the general principles of purchases and authority of controlling body. The concept of the draft law is being developed at the moment," reads the message.
The agency initiated creation of interdepartmental commission for competition development.
"The commission will consider the recommendations of the agency developed in the result of analysis of goods markets and monitoring of regulating legal acts," reads the message.
