"Anti-terror exercises will be held at Halyk Arena on November 22 2019. The exercises will practice interaction skills in the event of terrorist threats in crowded places. The training tasks are aimed at improving the mechanism for suppressing an act of terrorism at objects vulnerable to terrorism," reads the statement.
Restriction measures would be envisaged during the training period, people are called " to take measures with understanding, observe security measures and comply with the legal requirements of employees of state bodies involved in the training."
The message reminded that according to Article 443 “ On administrative offenses, disobedience to the legal requirement of a person involved in maintaining public order entails administrative responsibility".
