Astana. December 12. KazTAG - Approximately 40 Kazakhstani fighters with 65 wives are staying in the terror groups abroad, reports the national security committee.
"About 40 Kazakhstani fighters, 65 their wives and other family members are staying in the terror groups abroad," said the message.
The NSC said there is a potential terror threat for Kazakhstan.
"31 foreigners wanted for membership in terror organizations have been detained and extradited to other states," said the report.
"907 people have been deradicalized. The measures of criminal-procedural restriction are applied only to those people who do not wish to change their mind. 162 prisoners have been deradicalized. More than 14500 references to the web-sources with terroristic content have been discovered on the internet," said the report.
