"An armed group of 20 people in masks attacked N4 Ishkobod checkpoint of the border squadron Sultanabad at the border of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan at night on November 6. The attackers seized five items of ballistic weapons. 15 group members were neutralized, 5 were detained," said the message.
One soldier of border troops and one employee of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Tajikistan died in the shooting.
