Almaty. October 21. KazTAG - Aron Atabek, convicted in the case of riots in the Almaty Shanyrak, poet and opposition figure who had been previously released, was taken to intensive care, reports Radio Azattyq.
"The poet-dissident Aron Atabek, recently released from prison and sent home, ended up in intensive care," said the report.
According to his family, he is now on a ventilator.
“He can't eat. The disease is getting worse. For about 10 days after he was discharged from hospital, we treated him at home. He refused hospitalization. After treatment at home, his condition worsened, ”said the poet's sister Razia Nutusheva.
At the same time, she noted, after resuscitation his health slightly improved, but the oppositionist, despite being on a ventilator, wants to be discharged from hospital.
