"There was a blast of an unknown item while burning rubbish in the yard in Arys, the owner of the house was taken to hospital with minor injuries. Authoritzed services are working on the scene. The man got medical aid and returned to his house," said Saken Kalkamanov, advisor to akim of the Turkestan region.
