Ashimbayev: It's our fault that youth of Kazakhstan outflow to Russia

Almaty. February 28. KazTAG - Daniyar Ashimbayev, well-known Kazakhstani political scientist, member of the national council of public trust, believes that outflow of young people from Kazakhstan to Russia is the fault of Kazakhstani authorities, reports Stan Radar.
"The cause of young people outflow is in the reform of education, no social lifts and lack of career prospects. These are the reasons when people going to study in a foreign state remain there after graduation. It is not the fault of Russia, it is our fault," he said commenting on the plans of Russian authorities to facilitate the citizenship procedures for people moving from Kazakhstan, Belarus, Moldova or Ukraine.
The new draft law will cancel the requirement on five year stay in Russia, people will not have to prove their material situation and at the same time will be allowed to keep their old citizenship.
"The period of mass migration is over. Those people who wanted to leave -  left back in the 90s. Now our migration flow is mainly due to youth education. Middle-aged people living in Kazakhstan are already well adapted. And young people who see themselves neither in the civil service, nor in big business, including due to their ethnicity, are looking at other countries," he said.
