"Maintenance of the assembly roughly speaking costs 2.7 bn tenge per annum. This figure will be higher if to take into account expenses on nine deputies (salaries, flats and etc.) from the assembly in the Majilis, plus annual indexation of budget expenses to the inflation level. I am based on the expenses in 2018, and now is the year of 2020," wrote Makhmutova in Facebook.
She said following the events in the Korday district she has seen the question in the social network: "what are the annual costs of the assembly".
"Margulan Seisembay (businessman and public figure-KazTAG) proposed to dissolve the current composition of the assembly and to elect new members. The idea of the assembly creation separates people : aren't ethnos a part of it? Many questions considered by the assembly must be solved by the Parliament and maslikhates," resumed Makhmutova.
