Atambayev has no claims to confinement conditions

Almaty. August 15. KazTAG - KyrTAG with a reference to Radio Azattyq reported on the conditions of confinement of Almazbek Atambayev, ex-president of Kyrgyzstan.
Almazbek Atambayev, ex-president of Kyrgyzstan, is being confined in a two-men cell of pretrial detention facility of the  state national security committee and has no claims to the confinement conditions, said Nurdin Sulaimanov, head of the National Center for Tortures Prevention, after attending the center.
"He (Atambayev-KyrTAG) said the confinement, attitude of investigators is good, he is supplied with medicines. Doctors check his pressure three times a day. An attorney visits him. There is a small lamp in the cell. He just asks to switch it off at night. "I cannot sleep at night when the lamp is on. It would be good if you resolved this issue, he said," the agency cites Sulaimanov.
