Authorities must listen and hear people - Tokayev

Astana. June 13. KazTAG - The authorities must listen and hear people, said Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, president of Kazakhstan.
"Law must reign in the country. Everyone is equal before the law: authorities and citizens. The main thing is the dialogue with people. Authorities must listen and hear people. Officials must not spend time in their cabinets. They must work with people. Akims must explain people the state policy," Akorda cites Tokayev.
In his message the president assigned a number of tasks. First of all, in his words, it is important to protect the rights and freedom of people, their peace and security.
Among  the priority tasks for akims,  the president assigned creation of new work places, provision of productive employment of people.
The president ordered the heads of regions to make proposals on candidates in the composition of the National council of public dialogue. He said these people must be worthy representatives of all the regions.
He also marked hot issues of youth policy, he said it is necessary to create social lifts for the new generation.
"The presidential staff reserve will be created which will include 300 young people. The task of akims to select the candidates in the reserve among the most talanted and perspective managers," he said.
