"Quarantine has been imposed only in two cities of the state - Nur-Sultan and Almaty. There is no quarantine in Aktau," said Asima Zharylgasova, head of department for control and quality of services and goods.
She said the order issued by the chief sanitary doctor in the region does not provide introduction of quarantine.
"The ban on traffic in the indicated routes concerns only public transport and mini-buses," she said.
According to the portal, the Rock Trail was closed in Aktau, the benches on the promenade were removed and the access to Akbota park was limited. Also, concrete blocks appeared in several places of the city.
