Authorities of Kazakhstan held meeting following increase in the number of visitors from Russia

Astana. September 27. KazTAG - The authorities of Kazakhstan held a meeting in connection with the increase in the number of visitors from Russia, reports  the press service of the Prime Minister.
“It is necessary to strengthen the work to ensure law and order and security in the country, as well as to assist visiting Russian people: their timely registration and resolution of labor issues in accordance with the legislation of the EAEU. At the same time, it is important to take measures to stabilize the situation in the housing rental market,” Alikhan Smailov said.
He also instructed all government agencies to carry out explanatory work related to the rights and responsibilities of the parties, both among Kazakhstani people and migrants, to strengthen control over compliance with labor laws in the employment of temporarily arrived citizens of foreign states.
Smailov noted ensuring the stable functioning of the transport infrastructure, it is necessary to take the necessary measures to avoid the accumulation of arriving persons, to organize the uninterrupted operation of public service centers by opening additional service windows.
