"The administration of Nur-Sultan developed a plan of arrangements, approved a road map on each object. It is planned to complete construction of problematic objects within the nearest 3-4 years. 10 objects are planned to be completed in 2019, 20 - in 2020, 7 - in 2021, 9 - in 2022, 4 - in 2023," said Altynbek Kaisagaliyev, deputy akim of Nur-Sultan.
He said the number of objects has reduced from 51 to 48 - including 71 residential apartment blocks with 13 054 construction shareholders.
"Three objects have been commissioned; other seven will be commissioned until the end of this year. 19 objects will be completed through investors’ attraction, 29 problematic objects will be completed within the frameworks of the state program of housing construction Nurly Zher," he said.
