"The results of extraordinary check of Bek Air company will be sent to the air company until February 28. After that the company will have to present the plan of correcting actions within 10 days. If the violations are not corrected within six months, the certificate of operator and certificate of airworthiness will be recalled," said the statement.
At the judicial hearing, the experts of aviation administration provided the court with the interim results of the inspection of the airline conducted after the plane crash in Almaty.
“The interim act of the inspection indicates significant violations of the requirements of the legislation on the use of the airspace of Kazakhstan and aviation activity, which pose a direct threat to flight safety. The violations indicated in the interim act are the grounds for suspension of the operator’s certificate," reads the judicial ruling.
