"Appoint Beibut Atamkulov as a Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, relieve him of the post of Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan," reads the order of the president of Kazakhstan.
B. Atamkulov worked as a Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry since 2016. Prior to this since 2015 he worked as an akim of the South Kazakhstan region.
